
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Tiphaine Gourlay specializes in intellectual property, art law, and the negotiation of complex international contracts.
After five years of private practice in law firms dedicated to the creative industries (including two years at WAN Avocats), she joined France Muséums. Serving as General Counsel and Deputy to the General Secretary, she played a key role in securing and expanding the agency's operations, notably for its historical partner, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, as well as other major international projects across the Middle East and worldwide.
Building on this extensive field experience and an Executive Master in Management (ESCP Business School, 2025), Tiphaine combines legal excellence with strategic vision and a deep understanding of her clients’ operational imperatives.
