Nathalie ATTIAS has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1989. She holds a D.E.A. in general private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and founded her own firm in 1994.
She works with large groups in the service provision, consulting and industrial sectors on all labour law issues, both in individual and collective matters.
Trained in the Collaborative Process, an alternative method of conflict resolution, Nathalie ATTIAS actively promotes social dialogue and collective bargaining within the company. Involved in the institutional life of the profession, she was a Member of the Council of the Paris Bar Association from 2017 to 2019, where she conducted disciplinary investigations and participated in arbitration missions of the President of the Bar for conflict resolution.
President of the Social Commission of the Association of Corporate Counsel Lawyers (ACE) from 2015 to 2022, then President of ACE Paris, she has been Vice-President of ACE Nationale since October 2024, a role in which she continues her commitment to the legal profession and the development of a constructive and balanced social law.
A former member of the National Council of Bars (CNB), she actively contributed to the development of the guide to combat harassment and discrimination in the legal profession.
She is also the founding President of ANAES, an association dedicated to the promotion of equity, respect and the prevention of psychosocial risks within the legal professions.
