
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1986 and a Registered European Lawyer since 2012, Isabelle WEKSTEIN-STEG works in intellectual property, media law and new technologies. In particular, it represents media outlets, audiovisual groups, collecting societies, television channels, platforms, as well as producers, creators and artists from all cultural and artistic sectors.
She also advises banks, investment funds and groups of companies on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions, particularly in the media sector. Isabelle regularly represents financial institutions and individuals in international civil, commercial and financial litigation, such as those related to the Madoff fraud.
She has acted on multiple occasions before the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union in the context of major merger transactions, thus having a solid experience in French and European competition law.
She also supports her clients in social matters, with a dedicated team.
