Farah CHABANE has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022.
She is a graduate of the Master 2 DJCE (Diploma of Corporate Counsel) from the University of Nancy.
Farah works alongside Hervé OLIEL, both in the field of corporate taxation and in that of wealth taxation.
In corporate taxation, she deals with recurring tax issues related to corporate tax and VAT, as well as the tax security and optimization of corporate restructuring and reorganization operations.
In terms of wealth taxation, she advises on income taxation, transfers and inheritances, real estate taxation, income tax (IR) and real estate wealth tax (IFI) returns for residents and non-residents, as well as on leveraged family operations.
Farah puts her experience and skills at the service of clients in the pre-litigation and litigation phases, in particular during tax audits and in the drafting of contentious claims.
Before joining WAN Avocats, she completed several internships in French law firms. Farah works in French and English.
