Carole BUI has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2008. She holds a postgraduate degree in "Internet Law – Administration and Business" from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 Research in Private Contract Law from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. She joined WAN Avocats in 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Carole practiced as a lawyer in the IP/IT/Pharmaceutical Law departments of Bernard Hertz Béjot, Carbonnier Lamaze Rasle & Associés and Alerion Avocats. She has also worked in the legal departments of public and private players in the digital economy, including at the Ministry of the Interior, with a video-sharing platform and a developer of applications for social networks. She advises and litigates for
French and international clients on all issues related to technology and innovation, including the protection of personal data and privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, as well as media and press law.
