The Real Estate Department of WAN Avocats assists individuals, investors, and companies in all their real estate operations, both advisory and contentious.

Our team intervenes at every stage of the real estate asset lifecycle—from acquisition and structuring to management and disposal—while integrating patrimonial, contractual, and regulatory considerations.

Our areas of expertise notably include:

• management and optimization of real estate assets, whether held directly or through dedicated structures (SCI, real estate companies, real estate holdings);

• drafting and negotiation of residential, commercial, and professional leases;

• acquisition and sale of real estate properties;

• co-ownership matters, including advisory and dispute resolution between co-owners or with property managers;

• construction and real estate development;

• real estate taxation and investment structuring, in close coordination with the Corporate – M&A and Tax teams.
