After completing an Advanced Studies Diploma in general private Law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, Nathalie Attias swore in as a lawyer in January 1989. She founded her law firm in 1994 and her main practice areas are employment law issues, individual and collective rights. Her clients are mainly major companies and corporations working in the field of provision of services, consultancy and industry. Trained to collaborative process (alternative dispute resolution), she is committed to social dialogue and collective negotiation within the company.
She further promotes these themes in her position as co-president of the Labour Commission of the Association of Corporate Legal Counsels (Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises).
She also is a member of the Paris Bar Council.
