Hervé OLIEL is an attorney specialised in Tax Law. He has the advantage of having twin skills in both financial and fiscal matters. He is the holder of a DESCF Degree, higher studies in accounting and finance, as well as a DESS in Financial and Taxation Management and a DESS in the law of commercial enterprises, he first of all embarked on a career at a firm of Chartered and Audit Accountants before occupying the position of Tax Director for ten years at the Liaisons Group and afterwards at Lamy Publishers .
Author and scientific director at Lamy Fiscal,additionally Hervé began and led the creation of Lamy Optimisation Fiscale de l’entreprise (Tax Planning for Business) (2002) and of Lamy Contrôle Fiscal et contentieux (Tax Inspection and Dispute) (2005).
After practising as a tax attorney for five years at CEJEF-ALEXEN, he joined WAN in 2011, where he now assists his clients with group restructuring, tax planning and international taxation, as well as with tax inspections and tax disputes. Furthermore, he is involved in all the legal and tax aspects of corporate financing operations.
Hervé is also responsible for teaching in-depth Taxation lessons for the Masters Degree course at the Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne University. He is a member of the Institute ICAF (French Tax Attorney Association), the International Fiscal Association, as well as the CCEF (Society of Expert Financial Advisers).
