Anthony DEMRI was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012.

He holds a Masters’ degree in Business Law – Mergers & Acquisitions and Financing from the University of Evry Val d’Essonne.

He began his career in law firms where he practiced corporate law (M&A), commercial litigation and worked in collective procedures.

He works alongside Hervé OLIEL on matters relating to corporate group restructuring, corporate governance, shareholders reorganizations, shareholders disputes and corporate equity transactions (corporate advice and pre-litigation and litigation services).

Anthony has acquired a solid expertise in corporate law, enabling him to assist company managers on a daily basis, from the creation of their project (choice of corporate form, status of the general manager…) and during the corporate life (various transactions on share capital, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance, high capital “Corporate” operations…).

Anthony works in French as well as in English.
